Mini Bridgwater

I found them to be very polite and professional always kept me in the loop should any thing need to be done , which is what I needed after being messed around by other garages . Also found them to be reasonable with their prices and fitted me when required .
Would highly recommend this garage nice to have one so close that knows what they are talking about .

We have been using SVS since moving to the area and always had a great service. They are thorough and always give us the option of what we book now and what is ok to leave to a later date which is helpful for planning ahead. The team are always super helpful and knowledgable. Plus, it’s always great that the car comes back sparkling clean. More cost effective than a main dealership and they... Read More

Don’t normally leave reviews but have to recommend Heidi, Paul and their team. 15 year old BMW in for a service. Inspection highlighted items already advised by a previous garage. Honest family run garage, was kept well informed of progress by Heidi and Issie on front desk.
Repairs carried out in a very timely manner.
Reasonably priced and professional.

Service and MOT on my vehicle. They offered an exemplary service from the moment I booked the vehicle in until the return after the work was completed. The vehicle was collected and returned by staff who went above and beyond to offer their

Excellent service, very fast with excellent communication.

First time using today, the ladies in the office were very helpful and thorough in the information that they have provided to me both before and after. Very happy with the work carried out, will be using again.

Did a very full diagnostic on my Mercedes. Detailed report produced with pictures and costs of work. Sadly, car didn’t justify spending the money on it, so I didn’t proceed but I was impressed with accuracy and professional presentation.

Fantastic service! Great specialists always well looked after. They also take care of my family cars. I would highly recommend. Make sure you go to Somerset Vehicle Service.

Took my Audi q3 here, the ladies on the desk were amazing, really pleasant also very quick at responding to me via phone call or email, also top job from the mechanics, also another plus they cleaned my car and gave it its first clean of year which I thought was amazing, thank you, will be using you whenever my car is in need of anything, big five stars, will recommend

Great communication throughout tge repair of my vehicle.

These guys had my car in for a big repair, there was no compromise with the work carried out.

They were also at least £500 cheaper than other Mercedes specialists in my local area.

Outstanding knowledge and attention to detail in diagnosing and then fixing my Mercedes air suspension.

Just had a major service and other work carried out on my Audi S3. Fantastic service and communication from SVS. He was polite and genuinely interested in the issues I had and asked me to explain... Read More

Really good garage. Honest and sorted out my BMW that had a fuel sensor fault (known to BMW). Saved me thousands by dealing with the fault systematically rather than replacing the whole wiring which BMW would have done. I was very stressed about the fault & cost, but they were very sympathetic & professional towards me when many garages could have not been.

Emergency battery replacement call out before holiday, A+++ service and communication, highly recommend, can deal with modern cars, very knowledgeable and helpful

Can't recommend this business highly enough. The service is top notch. It's easy to squeeze in an appointment when you're in need, and it makes life so much easier being able to use one of their handy little courtesy cars when yours is being seen to. Staff are all pretty organised and friendly and reliable. A great find and we will definitely keep coming back!

Lovely customer service from Heidi

Excellent. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly, especially about Audi

Great customer services and clear information provided. Recommended

I cannot praise SVS at Ashcott enough for the extensive work they carried out on my BMW, they kept me informed every step of the way on the parts and procedures and the cost. All the parts they fitted are genuine BMW parts, my car now runs like a dream with all the faults rectified. I can thoroughly recommend SVS.

SVS always go the extra mile! Highly recommended!

Very nice and professional staff. Good communication. I will definitely go back.

Outstanding service

Good, honest and very professional service. Thank you 😊

I had an engine oil leak, and was travelling from Skegness to the West Country, and needed my car repair done asap.

As it was quite a major repair, it was going to take a few days, and I needed to be en-route again. SVS go the job done with time to spare.

The service is second to none, and what great prices.

Thank you SVS

Great service, kept up to date with the work going on, clear explanation, couldn't fault them (except the courtesy car being filthy, I gave it a quick wash :-) )

First visited this garage pre Covid after a problem with wheel alignment, very courteous and interested in my concerns, managed to correct the issue with somewhat ease. Returned last month to get the same car serviced. Great value Original parts and simply superb service. Less than half the price of a main stealer and in my opinion a far better job! Thanks guys!

Had an egr valve replaced and the part was not seated correctly. A quick trip back and within 10 minutes problem rectified without a quibble. Would highly recommend due to the standard of work and great customer service.
