First time using today, the ladies in the office were very helpful and thorough in the information that they have provided to me both before and after. Very happy with the work carried out, will be using again.

Did a very full diagnostic on my Mercedes. Detailed report produced with pictures and costs of work. Sadly, car didn’t justify spending the money on it, so I didn’t proceed but I was impressed with accuracy and professional presentation.

Great communication throughout tge repair of my vehicle.

These guys had my car in for a big repair, there was no compromise with the work carried out.

They were also at least £500 cheaper than other Mercedes specialists in my local area.

Outstanding knowledge and attention to detail in diagnosing and then fixing my Mercedes air suspension.

Really good garage. Honest and sorted out my BMW that had a fuel sensor fault (known to BMW). Saved me thousands by dealing with the fault systematically rather than replacing the whole wiring which BMW would have done. I was very stressed about the fault & cost, but they were very sympathetic & professional towards me when many garages could have not been.

Can't recommend this business highly enough. The service is top notch. It's easy to squeeze in an appointment when you're in need, and it makes life so much easier being able to use one of their handy little courtesy cars when yours is being seen to. Staff are all pretty organised and friendly and reliable. A great find and we will definitely keep coming back!

I cannot praise SVS at Ashcott enough for the extensive work they carried out on my BMW, they kept me informed every step of the way on the parts and procedures and the cost. I had an engine oil leak, and was travelling from Skegness to the West Country, and needed my car repair done asap.

As it was quite a major repair, it was going to take a few days, and I needed to be en-route again. SVS go the job done with time to spare.

First visited this garage pre Covid after a problem with wheel alignment, very courteous and interested in my concerns, managed to correct the issue with somewhat ease. Returned last month to get the same car serviced. Great value Original parts and simply superb service. Less than half the price of a main stealer and in my opinion a far better job! Thanks guys!

Had an egr valve replaced and the part was not seated correctly. A quick trip back and within 10 minutes problem rectified without a quibble. Would highly recommend due to the standard of work and great customer service.
